Welcome to Practiva Cloudtech LLP ("Practiva", "We", "Us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software applications, and mobile products. By registering for an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Practiva grants clinic subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Practiva or Practiva-Vet software during the active subscription period (Lite, Plus, or Prime plan).
Practiva provides clinic management tools, e-prescriptions, and record organization software. Practiva does NOT offer medical advice, diagnostic services, or medical treatments. Licensed healthcare professionals and veterinarians retain full medical responsibility for all diagnostic decisions, prescriptions, and treatments administered to patients or animals.
Subscriptions are billed on a quarterly or yearly basis according to the selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Practiva Cloudtech LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
